Things worth noting
What uses up minutes?
The time a participant spends talking to the interviewer. A 20-minute interview uses 20 minutes. Setting up studies, reading results and using the copilot use none.
What if an interview is unusable?
You can exclude it, so it stays out of your results and documents. The minutes it used still count.
Can I top up mid-project?
Yes. On any paid plan you can buy extra minutes at $0.25 a minute, or turn on auto top-up so a study never stops halfway.
Do seats cost extra?
No. Seats are always free, on every plan. You pay for interview minutes, not people.
Is Discover ISO 27001 / SOC 2?
Yes, ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II, on the same certified platform as Unity Platform.
Do you train on my data?
No. Your interviews and findings are never used to train shared or third-party models.
How do participants consent?
Every participant is told it is an AI and opts in before anything runs.
